Performance shot maker Magic Mind secured $12.4 million of a nearly $16 million Series A round, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday.

BFG Partners led the round with additional capital from existing investor Rocana Venture Partners. Joining Magic Mind’s board is BFG managing partner Dayton Miller.
