Managing Editor, Nosh

  • Rather than keep pushing forward with a lean team, Gill opted to bring in a strategic partner that could help the business scale faster.

  • In early February, The Marzetti Company agreed to acquire Bachan’s for $400 million.

But the appeal wasn’t just the price tag for Gill. He said Marzetti stood out as a partner willing to preserve what he had built while adding essential resources to continue expansion.

🏥 Next Up on MAHAspital

Have you ever wondered what the U.S. healthcare system would look like if RFK Jr. and The Food Babe (aka Vani Hari) had their full, unrestrained druthers? Well, daydream no further because this week “Saturday Night Live” painted all too clear of a picture with MAHAspital.

From IV bags loaded with raw milk and prescriptions for more beef tallow and protein, to Certified Energy Healers with 3,000 Instagram followers questioning doctor’s orders – this high-stakes medical drama covers all of the bases.

For resuscitation, there’s red light face masks in place of AEDs, and if you’re vegan, maybe you should worry. For those people, the plugs are simply pulled.

Hungry For More? RFK Jr. (played by James Austin Johnson) makes a special appearance of his own with a gurney-worth of soon-to-be grub.
